10 fresh mint leaves
½ lime cut into 4 wedges
1 TBS agave nectar
1 cup ice cubes
1 ½ oz. white rum
¼ cup pomegranate juice
¼ cup club soda
Fresh pomegranate arils for garnish
- Place mint leaves and 2 lime wedges into a sturdy glass. Use a muddler to crush the mint and lime to release the mint oils and lime juice.
- Add 1 more lime wedge, agave nectar and pomegranate juice. Muddle again to release the lime juice. Add ice to the glass filling to the top. Pour the rum over the ice, and top with carbonated water.
- Stir. Garnish with the remaining lime wedge, mint sprig and pomegranate arils. Enjoy and remember to drink responsibly!
